FID offers free returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns will NOT be accepted after the 30 day window. Returns will not be accepted for items that are final sale.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process after we receive the product.

If you purchase our jeans and your size changes at any point in time we will happily exchange your existing pair for a new size at no cost to you. Just send us your existing pair (we pay for shipping labels) and we will send out a new pair! Policy only valid for full price jeans, jeans purchased at a discount are not eligible.

All products that are returned as part of our Lifetime Size Exchange will be added to our selection of pre-loved products.

Pre-loved products will be washed, sanitized, and repaired before they are listed. Prices for pre-loved products will range from 60% to 80% off retail.
